At Energize Your Life we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly and safely. If you would like to request an urgent, tracked or insured delivery, please contact us (Telephone: +44 (0)207 193 7614 or Email: Click Here) and we'll arrange it for you. Please note however that the delivery of your order may be restricted to a particular service depending on the size, weight and chosen destination of the package.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, though orders received after midday on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. We do not process orders on bank holidays.
U.K. Delivery
Standard Delivery
All orders are sent first class via Royal Mail within the UK, unless you request a trackable delivery option. Royal Mail strive to deliver first class packages the next day, but this is not guaranteed and can take up to 3 days. There is no extra charge beyond the shipping cost expressed on your invoice. If you do not choose a trackable delivery option, non-delivery of your order will not be our responsibility.
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery can be arranged via Royal Mail or Courier. Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees next working day delivery by 1pm throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. For parcels weighing over 2kg, we may use a Courier Service instead as this can be more cost effective. Both services are trackable online, automatically insured against loss or damage, priced according to weight of package and require a signature upon receipt.
UK deliveries can be made by any service to business, residential or PO Box addresses.
International Delivery
We are able to deliver our product range to most worldwide destinations. For orders under 2kg, this will be via the Royal Mail Small Packet Airmail Service which can take 3 to 5 days. Tracked and insured Airmail services (providing an insurance option against damage or loss up to £500) are available as either Airsure or International Signed For, depending upon destination country. Please select these options when confirming your preferred method of shipping on check out. If you do not choose a tracked option, the delivery of your order will be your responsibility.
Orders over 2kg will be sent via Courier and shipping costs are individually calculated based upon total package weight and destination country. Courier services can take between 1 to 7 days and again compensation of total order value is available upon request. Please contact us for a courier quotation.
For all Courier Services, a tracking number or shipping reference is provided to you by email.
International deliveries using Airmail, Aisure or International Signed For can be made to business, residential and most PO Box addresses. However, if possible it is best to avoid PO Box addresses for Courier Services.
Customs and Other Charges
We produce Customs Declaration paperwork for all international packages outside the European Union. However, we're unable to calculate local customs clearance charges, import duties or sales taxes for which you will be fully responsible. If any of these charges are payable, your local customs authority will contact you once your order has arrived in the country.
To avoid delays or refusal and return of your package, please provide us with a daytime telephone number so we can include it on the Declaration paperwork. Please ensure this number, whether land line or mobile, is local to your destination country as Customs Officials rarely call international numbers.
Returns and Exchanges
Customer service is extremely important to us at Energize Your Life. We believe our returns policy is in line with most online retailers, however we do stipulate certain conditions in order to make our service as efficient and reasonable for everyone as possible.
Energywear
Should you wish to return Energywear for a refund or exchange, please return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We can only exchange an item for a different size, style, type and colour subject to our stock availability at the time of receipt of the returned goods. Please therefore contact us to check your exchange options and reserve a garment prior to returning an item for exchange to avoid disappointment.
Energywear must be in new, unused condition and free from cigarette odours for a refund or exchange. 'New and unused' means there are no marks, tears or other damage on the item and it has been returned unworn (other than to try on for size), unwashed and in its original packaging with all labelling attached. Refunds are processed or exchanges dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check at our Fulfilment House.
Other Items
Energy Eggs, Angels and Archangels (and their transmitters and bases) can be returned for a full refund within their no-quibble 12 month money-back guarantee period. These items must, however, be undamaged with no chips, cracks or breakages. Naturally occurring fissures are part of the nature of our stone products and are, of course, not considered damage.
Perfect Pendulums are moving devices and as such are subject to wear and tear. Therefore, Pendulums may be returned for refund or exchange up to 30 days from receipt (whether UK or abroad) but also carry a 90 day repair or replace guarantee.
Wholesale orders, DVDs and sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Please note: Stone products have naturally occurring fissures, patterns and colour variations. All Energy Eggs, Angels, Archangels, Pendulums and EEgg Transmitters are assessed for their energetic properties as well as their aesthetic appeal before entering into our stock stores. We rigorously quality check all items again before despatch and take great care in how we package them. If you elect not to insure your parcel then we cannot be held responsible for your item going missing or being damaged in transit.
How to proceed with your Return
In all instances, firstly contact us by telephone or email to advise you wish to return a product and whether you require a refund or exchange. We will need to know your name, address, telephone number reason for return. To speed up the process it is helpful to provide us with your account reference, the invoice number of the order from which the return is coming, and the product serial number for any Energy Eggs, Angels or Archangels being returned.
Once your return has been logged, you will receive a Return Authorisation Form by email (to the email address listed on your EYL Store account). This will explain the process and where to return your item(s) to. It will detail the product(s) you are returning along with your 'RMA Number'. You must complete this form with details of any exchange items required and Credit Note preferences. The Return Authorisation Form must be included in the return parcel and the RMA Number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.
Ensure that packaging is secure and appropriate for the type of item you are returning. Energize Your Life cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged when being returned, so recommend that a registered, tracked or signed for service is used, and that higher value items are sufficiently insured.
Shipping Costs: Unless a returned product is confirmed as faulty, we do not refund any shipping costs whether they be within the UK or abroad, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for refund or exchange. We ask that International customers be aware that any customs charges they paid to receive their goods are also non refundable.
When returning items to us from outside the European Union, you will be responsible for completing any necessary Customs Declaration paperwork. It is also essential that you write clearly on your package “Returned Defective Product(s)” to avoid Energize Your Life incurring further customs charges to receive your returned goods. Failing to do this may result in us deducting the cost of any customs charges we have paid to receive your refund or exchange item.
Re-Stocking Fee: Because of the administration involved in quality checking a returned item and processing a refund, we regret that we must charge a £1.00 re-stocking fee for each item that is refunded. This fee is not applicable for an item that is exchanged or returned due to a fault, or if a Credit Note is accepted instead of a refund.
Credit Notes: Energize Your Life Credit Notes can be issued in three circumstances: 1) When a requested exchange product is temporarily or permanently out of stock. 2) When a customer wishes to buy a product or service in the future. 3) When an exchange item is less than the value of the return and a partial refund is due. If you would like take up the option of a Credit Note to avoid re-stocking fees, please tick the relevant boxes on your Refund Authorisation Form. An EYL Credit Note has no expiry date so may be used against all EYL products or services at any time. Credit Notes are sent via email as attachments. Please ensure you carefully record your Credit Note 'Redemption Code' as this will be required when redeeming.
Returns made without a Return Authorisation Form or outside the above stated timescales will be refused.
Refund and Exchange Process
Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated time frames, we will quality check each item. Once verified, will begin the refund or exchange process.
Exchange: If the value of the exchange is the same or less than the value of the returned items, your exchange order will be processed immediately. If the value of the exchange exceeds the value of the returned items we will contact you to arrange the additional payment. Your order will not be processed until this have been received. If the value of your exchange is less than the value of the returned items, you will be provided with a refund or Credit Note according to the preference ticked on your Return Authorisation Form.
Refund: Where a refund is requested, all undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card or Paypal account, excluding shipping charges and re-stocking fees if applicable. You will receive a Refund Advice via email when this transaction has taken place. Your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The refund will come from paypal@realhealth-online.com. We endeavour to process all refunds within 30 days of receipt of returned goods. If you requested a Credit Note instead of a refund, your Credit Note will be sent via email as an attachment.
Please note: If we receive your item(s) in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we will contact you. EYL reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back to us that does not comply with the guidelines above.
Energize Your Life is not responsible for products purchased through third party websites or distributors. Please therefore contact the distributor from whom you purchased your product directly to arrange any returns, refunds or exchanges.
